Let’s start by remembering that everything is fundamentally energy. This is grounded in science. Everything you can see in your tangible world which you perceive to be ‘solid’ is actually energy at its core. The psychical world of matter was created by energy flow.
At the heart of everything is an infinite quantum field, a vast expanse where energy isn't just present; it vibrates, ebbs, and flows like waves in an endless ocean.
This isn't just any energy—it's the fundamental essence of possibility and psychical existence, interconnected across the fabric of the universe.
This energy is called a wave because it moves and spreads out over a distance in a pattern that goes up and down, similar to how waves in the ocean rise and fall as they travel.
Imagine waves in the ocean suddenly freezing into individual droplets - that's somewhat akin to how waves of energy can "condense" into particles under the right conditions.
These particles, like electrons, come together to form atoms—the very building blocks of everything around us. Atoms then link up to create molecules, which are the smallest units of compounds and elements that make up the world as we know it. These molecules arrange themselves in various ways to form the materials and substances that construct everything from the chair you're sitting on to the house you live in.

Imagine the quantum field as an ocean of infinite potential, with waves of energy representing all the possible outcomes or states that particles like electrons can have.
These waves are not just random; they're deeply interconnected, carrying information and potential across space and time.
The collapse occurs when an observation or measurement is made.
Yes, you read that right - energy waves become tangible reality by observation, in other words, just by looking at it.
Here's a more intuitive way to think about it: Picture yourself in a dark room filled with potential paths—each path illuminated only when you decide to walk down it. Observing or measuring a particle in the quantum field is like turning on a light. The moment the light switches on, out of all the paths (or waves) that could have been taken, one specific path suddenly becomes illuminated, defined, and real.
This is the wave collapsing into a particle.
The process is similar to choosing one frame in a movie from all possible frames. Before observation, all frames exist simultaneously in a superposition, a term used in quantum mechanics to describe this state of being in all possible states at once.
The act of observing or measuring selects one frame, one outcome, from the multitude of possibilities. This selected frame is the particle's new reality, its position, or state at that moment.
The wave function collapse is a fundamental concept in quantum mechanics, bridging the gap between the potential and the actual. It's not just a theoretical idea but a real phenomenon that has been observed and verified in countless experiments.

So, the real question is, what are you observing? Or, to get a bit deeper, what are you observing without even realising it?
You see, quantum physics—where just looking at particles changes their state—doesn't mean we can stare at our bank accounts and watch the numbers go up. Quantum mechanics is wild, but it's not a magic show for our day-to-day lives. Science works on a teeny, tiny scale, way different from how things work in our bigger, macro-human world.
But here’s a twist: what if the way we "observe" things in our minds, especially what we're not even conscious of thinking about, is shaping our lives more than we realise?
Think about it. Most of our thoughts and feelings are doing their thing in the background, like apps running on a phone you're not even using. These subconscious thoughts are quietly calling the shots, influencing our choices and the paths we take, often based on old beliefs or fears, not what we actually want now.
This brings us to a mind-bending idea. If we take the whole wave function collapse—the science speak for how observation locks down one of many possible outcomes—and think about it as a metaphor for our lives, it suggests something pretty fascinating.
Maybe, by tuning into our subconscious and noticing the patterns and expectations we didn’t even know we had, we can start steering our lives more intentionally towards what we really want.

Alright, let's try this experiment and see if we can use a little magic—or, let's say, quantum mechanics—to our advantage.
I'm suggesting we start small. Think of someone treating you to a coffee, finding a bit of unexpected cash, getting some good news, maybe a pay rise, or landing a date.
The trick is to keep it simple and believable.
The game plan? Set it, observe it, believe in it, then... forget about it.
Ready to give it a shot?
Step 1: Choose Your Intention
Pick an intention that feels both exciting and believable to you. This could be the experience of receiving a thoughtful gift or unexpected money. The key is to choose something that you can envision for yourself without too much scepticism, as belief plays a crucial role in this experiment.
Step 2: Create a Physical Anchor
Print out an image or write a description that vividly represents your intention. This printout serves as a physical anchor for your intention, making it more concrete and focusable. For example, if you seek to manifest a pay rise at work, you could write a brief affirmation like, "I'm so grateful for my unexpected pay rise at work," or print a symbol of success that resonates with you. The idea is to pick something that you can believe in without hesitation—belief is your foundation here.
Step 3: Daily Observation
Place this printout or note somewhere you'll see it every day, perhaps on your bathroom mirror, beside your bed, or on your desk. Each time you notice it, allow yourself a few moments to really focus on it. Imagine the scenario unfolding, how it feels, what it means to you, and the joy or surprise it brings. The idea is that by regularly observing this representation, you're directing your focus and energy towards making this potential a part of your reality.
Step 4: Notice and Release Doubts
If doubts or contradictory thoughts arise, acknowledge them but then consciously release them. Replace them with reaffirmations of your belief in the possibility of your intention. This step is crucial because it mirrors the idea of "collapsing" from multiple potential outcomes to the one you desire, influenced by the quality of your observation (focus and belief).
Step 5: Openness to Outcomes
Be open to how the outcome manifests. It might not happen in the way you expect but remain attentive to small signs that your intention is materialising. This openness is important because it acknowledges the complex and interconnected nature of how our intentions interact with the world.
Final Note: Trust and Let Go
Once you've integrated this practice into your daily routine, the final piece of the puzzle is to let go. It's a bit like planting a seed; you've done the work of choosing the seed (your intention), planting it (creating your physical anchor and focusing on it daily), and watering it (reinforcing your belief and releasing doubts).
Now, it's time to trust in the process and allow nature (or the universe, if you will) to do its thing.
Keep your physical anchor around and continue your daily observation ritual for at least a few weeks. This time frame gives you enough space to internalise your intention and truly embed it into your subconscious.
After this period, try to shift your focus away from the outcome. This doesn't mean throwing your anchor away. Instead, allow it to blend into the background of your daily life.
It's there, but you're not actively fixating on it. This act of releasing your attachment to the outcome is crucial—it's the metaphysical equivalent of letting the seed germinate in its own time without digging it up to check if it's sprouting.
As you move forward, keep an open heart and an observant eye. Celebrate small wins and signs that your intention is on its way to becoming a reality.
Gratitude not only feels good but also aligns your vibration with the universe's abundance, facilitating the manifestation process.
Consider keeping a journal of any shifts, coincidences, or direct manifestations that occur related to your intention. This reflection can provide powerful insights into how your focus and energy are influencing your reality, offering lessons for future manifestations.

Personal Story
Whenever I encounter patterns of numbers, I immediately tune into my feelings or the thoughts occupying my mind at that moment.
Take September 2023, for example, when the idea of moving to Cornwall began to take serious root in my mind, even though not all the pieces were in place. The thought of relocating four hours away without being fully "ready" was intimidating, but something inside urged us to consider it seriously.
Our bill arrived during a conversation over breakfast at Bicester Village with my wife, Corisande, and it was £44.44. This was a clear sign, considering that the number 4 symbolises building solid foundations for the future, trust in the path and protection. I knew at that moment that Cornwall was the right decision.
Even more remarkably, 15 minutes later, whilst shopping in another store, we encountered a store employee with a '444' necklace. I immediately asked for the meaning, and she responded, “Oh, it’s an angel number; it means protection and to trust your journey.”
This string of serendipitous events convinced us—Cornwall was calling us.

In order to manifest money, you must first understand the mechanics of manifestation.
Manifestation is the process of visualising a future intention and feeling the emotions of that desire in the present moment.
The hack to aligning yourself to a desire is to step into the personality of the future and embody the emotions before the manifestation has actually come to fruition. How you think and feel creates a state of being, your state of being is called your personality and your personality creates your external personal reality.
To attract money then, you need to become an abundant personality first.

Everything that exists in this physical world has its own unique frequency, like how a radio station broadcasts at specific frequencies for listeners to tune into. This also means that the human body, thoughts, feelings, material possessions and even money, are just forms of energy, vibrating at specific frequencies.
So in order to align ourselves to abundance, we need to match the energy and frequency of it.
In other words, it's not enough just wanting something - you have to become the person of the future, by believing and acting like you already embody the emotions of an outcome, before it’s manifested. By doing this, you alter your vibrational frequency to match the vibration of your desire.
How To Manifest Money In Five Easy Steps:
In order to manifest money fast, there are 5 steps that I recommend taking:
Set Your Intention.
Set a clear intention for the exact amount of money that you are looking to attract.
How long is this process going to take?
Be as clear as possible - For example; By 1st January 2023, I will be earning $10,000 per month from my online business.
You need a specific amount of how much you want it to be and visualise how wonderful life will be when you have that amount!
You must stay committed or else nothing will ever change because everything we experience in our lives always happens due to the energy within us.
If we don't believe, then how can anything occur or change!
2. Elevated Emotions
Emotions are energy-in-motion.
Try to feel the emotion, and feeling of having more money in your life.
Write down, all the emotions that would be present; for example:
Freedom
Peace
Relief
Excitement
Once you are clear on your emotions, your goal is to embody the emotions of your manifestation, before money actually appears in your life.
Make an effort to become consciously aware of any emotions that may surface that are out of alignment with your desire.
Pro tip:
Think about how you can find these elevated emotions in your existing life. For example, can you find peace whilst taking a walk along the beach? Do you feel excited when you take your spouse out to the cinema?
Your goal is to visualise your manifestation, whilst simultaneously embodying the emotions of your desire.
Doing this keeps you in perfect alignment.
Now let go, surrender and allow abundance to manifest in divine time.
3. Meditation
Meditation is the bedrock of manifestation!
In my opinion, meditation plays a fundamental role in manifesting successfully.
Meditation gives us the ability to become consciously aware of our negative thoughts and allows us to liberate energy in order to visualise a clear intention for the future.
If we can’t get beyond our self-limiting thoughts and emotions, how can we possibly attract a new personality reality?
In the example of money, meditation creates the space for you to visualise the personality of abundance and practice being in possession of the corresponding elevated emotions, in the present moment.
How do I meditate?
There is no right or wrong way to meditate, although I personally prefer first thing in the morning.
Find a quiet place without any distractions and make this your meditation place.
Stay calm and relaxed.
It’s completely normal for thoughts to enter your mind. Instead of completely blocking them, simply acknowledge them and then wave the thoughts goodbye.
Start with 5 minutes and set yourself a timer and gradually increase the time each day you meditate.
Your goal is to calm down the analytical mind, so you can get beyond self-limiting thoughts.
Eventually, with enough practice, you will find the present moment.
The present moment is when you get beyond the known and the predictable and become nobody, in no space and time. Just pure awareness.
Once you become present, your job is to visualise your desire and feel the elevated emotions. By doing this, you will start to broadcast out a new electromagnet frequency into the Quantum Field, drawing your desire into your life.
Pro tip:
After meditation, practice the tips listed below and embody the personality of your desire throughout the remainder of your day.
4. Positive Affirmations.
For me, using positive affirmations has worked wonders!
Quite simply, an affirmation is the repetition of powerful, descriptive words that reprogramme our subconscious mind into believing that we are in possession of our desire, before it manifests into fruition.
I recommend doing affirmations for at least 15 minutes a day and make sure you do not stop no matter how bored or frustrated you get!
The more we repeat positive affirmations about ourselves, the more they start feeling true!
This increases feelings of confidence because we are constantly telling ourselves these messages through thoughts or actions which reinforces them more every time they are repeated.
Here are my top money affirmations:
Anything I desire, I will receive, because my reality is created by me.
Money comes my way easily and effortlessly .
I am a money magnet and money flows to me effortlessly.
Money loves me, and I love money.
I am grounded with money.
I am grateful money is easy to come by.
I am worth of making more money.
I choose to live a rich and full life.
I attract money so easily.
The more I give, the more I receive. The more I receive, the more I give.
5. Gratitude
“When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.” - Tony Robbins
Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership.
You can elevate your tendency to experience gratitude by asking yourself the following questions:
Are there things in your life that you can be grateful for right now?
Are you grateful for the money that you do have in order to pay your bills?
If you made a list of the things you are grateful for, would your list be long or short?
Do you frequently experience moments where you appreciate someone or something?
Develop gratitude for what you already have and imagine yourself as successful now with all these desires fulfilled. The key is to
believe wholeheartedly that everything is possible; nothing can stop you from getting what you want.
How to practice Gratitude
Developing a sense of gratitude does not need to be a difficult task. In fact, the more you make this a part of your daily routine, the more the ritual will become effortless and enjoyable.
Here are a few tips to get started:
Purchase a beautiful journal and pen, so you feel excited to start your practice.
Practice gratitude in the morning ( I personally do this straight after meditation).
Savor the moment: Give yourself time to really enjoy the moment. Focus on the experience and allow yourself to think about what you are grateful for today.
Make a list of 10 things you are grateful for and write them down in your journal.
Repeat daily.

Simply stated, the Law of Attraction is the power to bring into our lives anything we concentrate on.
We are all affected by the laws that govern the universe, including the Law of Attraction, which utilizes the power of our thoughts to materialize what is in our minds into reality.
What Is The Law Of Attraction?
The law of attraction is what attracts people to what they want and what they don't want. It's the state of energy around us, whether or not we are aware that it exists.
It affects all things such as your relationships with others, how you feel about yourself, how successful you will be in life and so much more!
The law of attraction is a metaphysical notion that suggests that good thoughts produce positive effects in a person's life, whereas bad thoughts result in negative consequences.
It is based on the idea that thoughts are a kind of energy, and that positive energies attract success in all areas of life, including health, finances, and relationships.
Since what you think about, what you talk to others about and how you focus your energy all play a role in what the law of attraction brings into your life.
You can't have what you want if it doesn't exist in your thoughts and words! This is because like attracts like (energy tends to attract more of itself so what you think about, what you talk to others about and how you focus your energy all play a role in what the law of attraction brings into your life).
What Does The Law of Attraction Mean?
The Law of Attraction guides us to look for what isn't here so we can then find ways to bring about what we do want into being.
The physical world is only one small part of what's going on around us.
The universe is vast and what you see here on earth, whether it's your home or the city streets is only a fraction of what exists in this world.
Though what you see and hear is important, it's what lies beyond what your eyes can perceive that affects our everyday lives.
Therefore, the law of attraction guides us to look for what isn't here so we can then find ways to bring about what we do want into being.
When someone says "the Law of Attraction," what they're really talking about is the law of vibration.
Everything in existence has a particular frequency or wavelength at which it vibrates, and that includes thoughts as well!
For example, when you think positively towards others, your vibrations are positive. When you think negatively about yourself and other things in life, those negative frequencies will be what you're sending out.
With the law of attraction, what is going to be attracted into your life is what matches what you are putting out there – whether it's fear or love!
The History Of The Law Of Attraction
The law of attraction concept has been around for ages.
While what we now call the "law of attraction" wasn't always called that, it's a spiritual truth in all major religions and disciplines throughout history.
For example, Buddhism teaches us to live with good intention through karma (the idea that what you send out into the world is what you get back).
In addition, Christianity tells us that what we think about and what we focus on in life is of great importance.
We are all what we think, not what others say about us.
There's even a biblical verse in the book of John which tells us that "As he thinks within his heart, so is he." (23:15) This means what you speak and believe will eventually manifest into reality.
As the Bible says: "Whatever things are true… noble … just … pure … lovely … commendable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things." (Philippians: Chapter Four, Verse Eight)
The law of attraction was also a topic in the book Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill.
In addition to these examples of what was said about the law of attraction throughout history, there were also great philosophers like Plato who wrote on it as well!
The Law Of Attraction: How Does It Work?
This can be a hard concept to grasp especially if you've never heard about this before.
The best way to understand what the law of attraction is, what it does and how it works is by comparing your thoughts to a radio frequency.
If you were listening to an FM radio station in New York City, then you would be able to get that particular station clearly as long as you had an unobstructed path between the receiver in your radio and what was actually transmitting the signal to your eardrums.
If there were too many obstacles, then it would be harder for you to tune in to that station or if what was sending out a strong frequency (or wave) like from another radio transmitter interfered with what you wanted to hear, then chances are you wouldn't even get what you were trying to listen for.
So what does this have to do with the law of attraction?
It is scientifically proven that everything in this universe Is energy, vibrating at a certain frequency. This includes your physical body, your emotions, thoughts and desires.
Your thoughts are what is sending out vibrations into the universe and what you think about most will be what is easiest to attract back into your life because it's what matches that particular frequency.
For example, if you think often about having more money, what the law of attraction will do is bring more opportunities to you for making that happen.
On the other hand, if you think about how overweight you are or what a bad day it was at work today then what's going to end up in your life are things and people who match those vibrations! Of course, this isn't what you want, but what the law of attraction will bring you based on what is going on in your mind.
Positive thinking brings more positive things into our lives while negative thoughts attract negativity and again this is because what we think about most often (whether it's what we say out loud or not) matches that particular frequency out there whether it's what we want or not!
The Law Of Attraction: Using The Law
You create your own reality, according to the law of attraction. What you focus on is what you bring into your life. It implies that whatever you think will happen in your life comes true.
Here are a few examples of the things that I practice daily:
Visualization of goals/dreams.
Gratitude.
Positive Affirmations.
Meditation to control negative thoughts.
Example manifestation:
Let's say you're thinking about what it would be like to own your dream car and what it would be like to drive on a long road trip.
You're focusing on what your life would look like if you owned that car, so those thoughts are what's going to bring the law of attraction into fruition!
Perhaps you imagine yourself at a dealership signing documents for its purchase or maybe even envision what it's going to look
Think about it this way.
The natural state of the universe is that nothing exists, yet because space can't be empty, something must occupy a given small region of space. If you want to bring something positive into your life, don't just wish for it—make room for it by eliminating negative energy and people from your life
Now, let's say you're thinking about what it would be like to own your dream car. You talk to others about owning this car and you spend a lot of time visualizing having it in your garage or driving down roads with ease.
The Universe has heard these thoughts and words because they have been sent out into the world around us! Now, here comes our good friend Law Of Attraction coming back at ya'.
Let's take another look at those things that came up: think, speak and visualize. These three aspects are what we call the Universal Mantra.
Every time you have thought about what it would be like to own that car, every time you speak with someone else and talk about owning this car, even if it's just for five minutes while waiting in line at Starbucks; or when you are staring out your window into the night sky visualizing what life will be like after buying your dream car: all of these things bring energy towards bringing more of what those thoughts brought up!
The Universe is listening because It's always connected to us whether we believe it or not.
If you want a specific result from your goal then make sure that every thought and word has only positive thoughts behind it because if any negative feelings are even slightly present around something: these things carry weight too!
Law of Attraction: 8 Powerful Manifestation Techniques
There are some exercises that can help you learn to put the law of attraction into practice in your own life.
Some ideas include:
1) Journaling
This is something that I can highly recommend starting with and it can assist you in better understanding your typical thought patterns and determining whether you lean toward optimism or pessimism.
2) Create a vision board
Make a visual reminder of your dreams and goals to keep you upbeat, motivated, and focused on your objectives.
3) Practice gratitude
Being grateful for what you have in your present life will help to manifest more of what it is that you desire. Making a daily gratitude list can enhance the effectiveness of your manifestations by raising your energy and consciousness levels.
4) Meditation
Meditation helps us clear our minds and focus on what we want out of life. This helps us practice visualisation, affirmations and gratitude without negative self-limiting beliefs holding us back.
5) Get clear on your goals
There are no restrictions on your objectives and goals. Get crystal clear on exactly what you are trying to achieve and reverse engineer your big goals into smaller goals first. This approach acts as a benchmark and often makes the process less overwhelming and easier to visualise.
6) Positive Affirmations
Start by taking what you want and what your goals are, then make a list of what those things look like/feel like in the present tense. Say these out loud and feel the emotion of each word.
7) Take Action
Any negative thoughts or feelings should be erased. There is no need to question anything. The universe has your back. Then, each day, make decisions that will bring you closer to your purpose and the realization of your ambitions.
8) Focus Wheel
The focus wheel is a straightforward yet powerful manifestation method for moving your attention away from negative thoughts and towards more desirable and empowering ones. It's simple to make one: start by drawing a tiny circle on a piece of paper or board and recording the objective or dream you wish to accomplish right now. Around the circle, jot down good ideas relating to what you want to accomplish, what it will be like when you do, how this change can benefit your life and those around you.
Keep In Mind
It's true that your beliefs and emotions have an influence on what happens in your life.
You can't attract better items into your life until you change your viewpoint, accept the truth about the universe and your connection to it, and practice the Law of Attraction.
Be Patient
There is no magic formula for how long it takes things to materialize in your life. Some people notice results right away, while others require a little more time. But the most important thing is patience and perseverance.
Continue to express your gratitude and appreciation on a daily basis. Consider the positive and remember all of the friendships you formed that indicate the Law of Attraction is true for you.
Take time every day to go over the 8 manifestation techniques that are listed above and be patient.
Great things come to those who wait.

It will teach you how to use your thoughts and feelings as tools so that you can create everything you want out of life!
Everything in our universe is energy and energy is everything!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live the life of your dreams? To have complete and total control over every aspect of your world?

This blog post is going to teach you how this is possible!
What is the law of vibration?
The law of vibration is the second universal law, which dictates that everything (atoms, objects, living things) is energy, vibrating at a certain frequency.
The Law of Vibration explains how everything that exists vibrates at a specific frequency, including thoughts and emotions.
Firstly, we need to understand that everything is energy and quantum physics states that everything in our entire universe is just energy.
The human body, animals, trees, buildings, everything is literally energy - if you were to put your body under a microscope, you will see that your body is made of cells, your cells are made from tissues, molecules and atoms
All the atoms and molecules inside your body are energy that's vibrating at a certain frequency.
Once you are able to grasp that you are vibration, you quickly realise that every action you take, every thought that you think is energy that is emitting at a certain vibrational frequency.
If you want or wish for anything in life, you must realise that 'want' and 'wishing' are both lower forms of energy on the vibrational scale. You are emitting to the Universe that you do not currently have whatever it is that you are looking to desire.
How to use the law of vibration to attract your desires:
Once you realise what the law of vibration is and how it works, you will be able to use this knowledge in order to achieve anything that your heart desires.
To start with, we need to understand where all our thoughts begin - don't think for a second that these are just random thoughts or meaningless words!
All our thoughts have a vibrational frequency and the more we think about them, the higher they go on this scale of energy.
In other words, thoughts that you have over and over again will be stronger than new or infrequent ones.
Your feelings are also important to take into consideration because every feeling has a certain vibration - like emotion is said to have a certain vibration or frequency, so does anger.
You will want to be careful with how you think and feel because your thoughts, emotions and feelings are energy.
When it comes to the law of vibration we're talking about two different levels; there's the physical level which is what everything in our world is made up from (atoms) as well as the mental level - this part of the law of vibration is all about your thoughts, emotions and feelings.
The mental level has a lot to do with manifesting what you want in life because it's where our desires come from - think about this for a second:
You can't have anything if you don't know that you want it! (That's why sometimes we have to work on ourselves first before we can have what we want in life.)
Once you have got clear on what it is that you are looking to attract, you must match the vibrational frequency of that specific desire and feel like you are already in possession of it.
For example, let's say you are looking to attract more money into your life, you need to start showing up like someone who already has the money. The most powerful way of going this is positive affirmations and meditation.
Remember, your thoughts have vibrational energy; saying words such as " I have no money" actually emits a lower form of frequency that keeps you in the reality of lack.
Gratitude is a powerful form of vibration. When you remain grateful and maintain that feeling, you raise your level of vibration in general; this, in turn, attracts more good things to be lucky enough to experience.
How to raise your vibration in 13 steps:
There are a few things that you can do in order to raise your vibration; these include:
1) Meditation
Meditation is a powerful way of raising your vibration and also lowering the intensity of negative emotions you are feeling.
My advice is to try to meditate for at least 20 minutes every day.
2) Exercise
Exercising is an easy way of raising your vibration because it releases endorphins, the hormones that give us a sense of well-being.
Try doing yoga or any other form of exercise you enjoy as often as possible - even if it's just 15 minutes a day.
3) Gratitude
Being grateful is another way of raising your vibration because feeling gratitude makes you feel happier and purer, which in turn attracts good things into our lives (it's like karma).
There are many ways to be grateful for the goodness that already exists in our lives; it could be as simple as thanking the bus driver for driving you to work or it could be more complex, such as thanking the universe for all that is happening in your life.
Gratitude will make you feel better and different vibrations attract different things.
4) Smiling
A smile can instantly change a person's mood because it sends out high-frequency positive waves of energy which in turn, attracts good things.
Smiling is a simple way of raising your vibration because it has such a powerful effect on our moods and feelings - as well as those around us!
Doing nice things for others (random acts of kindness)
This one might seem more difficult but I think you'll find that doing something kind for others will give you a sense of satisfaction and happiness.
The idea behind this is that when we do something for someone else, the universe gives us back what we have given away - so if I buy my mum flowers on Mother's Day, then she'll get me an awesome present at Christmas! (This is one way to manifest anything into your life!)
5) Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmations, on their own, will raise your frequency because they emit such high energy vibrations - this is why it's important to repeat them as often as possible in order for them to have an effect!
Here are some examples:
I am blessed with wealth, good health and happiness; I give thanks for all my blessings every day.
My life has always been perfect before me because it's created to be a reflection of the person that I want to become.
I have everything I need to live a beautiful and fulfilling life; thank you for all that is in my life.
The Universe has always been providing just what I need when I needed it.
6) Getting good sleep
Getting enough sleep is important and I think you'll find that when we are getting good quality sleep, our vibration also increases.
My advice for this one is to try and get at least eight hours of high-quality sleep per night; it might be difficult but the benefits will soon become clear!
7) Positive People
Surround yourself with positive people who support your goals and who want you to succeed, this will ultimately help raise your vibrational frequency.
Try and stay away from people who talk about negativity because it will create a negative vibration in your life.
8) Stop being a gossip!
Don't get me wrong, I love good gossip sometimes, but if you find yourself talking about people behind their backs or spreading rumours then this will be having a negative effect on your energy.
As a result, even if you say something negative to someone’s back the energy flows from them to you and is felt. You unconsciously give that person more negativity in return, and this cycle continues forever.
9) Vision Board
The benefits of a vision board are that it is a visual reminder of what you want in your life and also it can be used to manifest anything into reality.
Basically, the idea behind this one is to find images or pictures which represent all of the things you would like to see happen for yourself (on your vision board) and then put them up on a wall where they'll be in your sight all the time.
If you really want something, the more you think about it and imagine it as if it were already a part of your life, the higher your frequency. You'll start attracting opportunities that seem like coincidences but are actually stepping stones to bring you closer to where you want to be.
10) Get Outdoors
Getting outdoors is incredibly beneficial because it's an opportunity to feel connected with nature and also get some exercise.
A lot of people don't realise how much time they spend in front of a screen - which means that our bodies are not getting enough natural light; this one can have an instant effect on your mood, energy levels, sleep patterns etc.
I think you'll find that when we are spending time outside, it makes us happier and more alive.
11) Eat Healthy Foods
Eating healthy is a huge contributor to your energy levels because our bodies need good food for fuel!
Try to eat as many fresh foods as possible - this will help keep you on the right track.
It's important to know what types of foods are good for you and which ones aren't, so here is a list:
Leafy greens (spinach, kale) will help detoxify your body.
Citrus fruits like oranges or grapefruits contain lots of vitamin C for immunity.
Apples have a good amount of vitamins and fibre.
Sweet potatoes are high in vitamin B and fibre.
12) Get a pet
Studies have shown that living with animals can lower your blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress levels and increase happiness too!
There's evidence to suggest that pets provide unconditional love which is something we all need more of these days.
13) Drink Plenty of Water
It might sound like common sense but people don't drink enough water - our bodies need it! We should be getting at least eight cups (eight ounces) of water per day.
This one is really important because when we are dehydrated, our body will try to preserve fluids by reducing the amount of blood that flows through our veins. This can lead to heart palpitations and a lack of energy too!
The benefits of drinking fresh water will be clear within just a few days.
The Law of Vibration Vs The Law of Attraction
These two laws of the universe work perfectly together. The Law of Vibration is the primary law because, in order to attract anything, you must match the vibrational frequency of it.
Once you understand The Law of Vibration, you realise that The Law of Attraction is built on it.
The Law of Vibration focuses on the idea that everything around us is vibrating, and this includes thoughts. This means that if you are sending out negative or low-frequency energy, then it will create a negative vibration in your life which leads to things manifesting into reality.
Therefore, The Law of Vibration urges people to focus on positive thoughts and feelings in order to attract better things into their life.
The Law of Attraction is about using your energy, or the power within yourself, as a way of manifesting what you want. This one doesn't require willpower or any effort at all; it's simply allowing your desires to naturally come true with time.
The Law of Attraction encourages people to focus on their goals and desires in order for them to manifest into reality.
You don't get what you want, but you attract what you are. Your thoughts and ideas determine your reality. When you think good things with a good attitude, the universe brings people and events into your life that match your vibration.
Consciousness
Consciousness is a vibration, and what we think of as reality is nothing more than an objective manifestation of that vibration.
Consciousness and vibrational frequency work together. If you're conscious of your thoughts, you can easily feel the vibe of those around you-- this allows you to selectively interact with people based on their level.
When you live in the present, you’ll be able to perceive the vibrations of people and things around you.
Abundance
Abundance is not about having more than others, but being content with everything you have.
We often think that we need money in order to make it in the world or feel fulfilled as a person.
The Law of Vibration says otherwise and suggests that abundance is found within oneself. A person with abundance has a high level of self-love and understands that they are enough.

I'm 30 years old, and I have been able to manifest and achieve my best life thanks to all of these wonderful books listed below.
Whether you're a new or experienced law of attraction practitioner, these are books that I can't recommend enough.

One of the first books I discovered that helped me connect with myself, written by the neuroscientist Dr Joe Dispenza for anyone not familiar with Joe, he is an remarkable human being who has spent a substantial amount of time researching how the brain operates. This book will not only pay homage to his theories, but also help you understand your life in more depth, along with allowing you to activate parts of your brain we are unaware are available. The book outlines how we have supernatural abilities, along with the teachings of how to activate the tools needed to create a new reality. There is a fantastic blend of both scientific and physiological research, offering an insight into his research. A book that will truly blow your mind!
The Magic - Rhonda Byrne
The Magic by Rhonda Byrne: This is the book that started it all for me, the moment I realised that anything was possible to manifest and has been a favourite since I first picked it up.
It's written from the perspective of someone who had never heard about this law before and teaches you how to use your thoughts to create what you want in life--whether that's love, money or anything else you desire.
I found the book to be a great introduction for someone who has never heard about The Law of Attraction before, with clear explanations and practical exercises that are easy enough to do on your own.

The Secret - Rhonda Byrne
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne is another that I love and another essential book to have on your shelf, in order to manifest your best life.
This time she takes us through her personal story of how she found the power of this law, through her own life experiences and those around her.
She shares with us both universal secrets that can be applied to anyone's life, as well as more in-depth techniques like the tapping system or reframing.
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne is also a great introduction for people who have never heard about The Law of Attraction, but is more advanced in its content than the Magic.
The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle
The Power of Now is a book that teaches how to live in the present moment, instead of getting stuck in the past or worrying about things that may happen.
It's one of my favourites because it really helps you understand how your thoughts are shaping your life--and does so without being too preachy or rigid with its advice.

I truly believe this is a must-read!
A New Earth - Eckhart Tolle
A New Earth is another one by Eckhart Tolle.
This book takes you through the journey of understanding how to live in a new way, and starts with an exploration on how our consciousness has been shaped by society--as well as what it means for us today.
It's not so much about manifesting or creating wealth like many other law-of-attraction books, but rather focuses on life living itself from moment to moment; transcending your ego self and connecting with your soul self.

The Power - Rhonda Byrne
This book by Rhonda Byrne was my introduction to the concept that our thoughts have power--and I've never looked back!
In this book she takes us through a series of exercises and practical tips on how to tap into our thoughts and harness their power.
I found that this book was best suited for someone who has already read The Law of Attraction books or knows a bit about the concept, but is looking to take it one step further in either tapping more deeply into why they are motivated by certain images, working through self-sabotage and other topics.
The Attractor Factor - Joe Vitale
The Attractor Factor by Joe Vitale is a book that offers techniques and insights on how to change your thoughts so you attract what you want in life.
One of the things I loved most about this book was its practicality, with easy-to-follow steps for attracting anything, from health to money; there's something for everyone here!

Master Key System - Charles F Haanel
