As our business provides digital courses, coaching, and manifestation resources, we do not offer physical product returns.

Digital Products & Online Courses

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available once access is granted.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at matt@mattcooke.me, and we will assist you.

Coaching & Services

  • Payments for coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once a session has been delivered.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
